Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This privacy policy explains how AdRice L.L.C-FZ (“AdRice”, “we”, “us”), operating under the brand AdRice Network, collects and uses personal data when you visit beadrice.com, contact us, register as a publisher or advertiser, or send your details through a campaign promoted on our network.

We follow the data protection laws that apply where we operate. These include the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, for people in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

1. Who we are

The company responsible for your personal data is:

AdRice L.L.C-FZ
Brand: AdRice Network
Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.
Registration number: 2538037
Tax registration number: TRN 105211426900003

For any question about this policy or about your personal data, write to admin@beadrice.com.

2. Who this policy covers

  • Visitors to beadrice.com
  • People who contact us by email or through the contact form
  • Publishers and advertisers who register with the network, and their staff
  • Consumers who send their details through a landing page or form promoted on the network

The partner dashboard at dashboard.adricenetwork.com shows its own privacy notice when you register. That notice applies together with this policy.

3. Our two roles

We handle personal data in two different situations, and your rights depend on which one applies.

3.1 AdRice as data controller

When you visit beadrice.com, contact us or hold a partner account, we decide how and why your data is used. In these cases we are the data controller and this policy applies in full.

3.2 AdRice as data processor

When you fill in a form for an offer promoted on the network, the advertiser named on that form is the data controller. We process your details on the advertiser’s instructions in order to record, check and deliver the lead. The advertiser’s own privacy policy applies to that data. A data processing agreement is signed with every advertiser before a campaign starts.

4. What data we collect

4.1 When you contact us

  • Full name, work email address and company name
  • Whether you are a publisher or an advertiser, the vertical you are interested in and the message you send
  • Anything else you share in later correspondence

4.2 When you visit beadrice.com

  • Technical data sent by your browser, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page and pages viewed
  • Server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and error diagnosis

4.3 When you hold a partner account

  • Name, company, email address, phone number or messaging handle, and country
  • Your traffic sources and the information you give us about your experience
  • Tax and bank details needed to pay you or to invoice you
  • Account activity, such as clicks, leads, statuses and earnings
  • Our correspondence with you

4.4 When you respond to an offer promoted on the network

  • The details you enter in the form, typically name, phone number, email address, delivery address and the product or service requested
  • A consent record: timestamp, IP address and the version of the consent wording shown on the form
  • The status given to the lead by the advertiser
  • Technical and campaign data, such as click identifiers, the landing page visited and the advertising source

6. Who we share data with

  • Advertisers: the details you enter in a form are passed to the advertiser named on it, and to the partners the advertiser uses to serve you, such as a call centre or a courier.
  • Publishers: a publisher can see the status of the leads generated through their links, but not more personal data than is needed to check their results.
  • Service providers: hosting, email, tracking platform, CRM and banking providers, who process data only on our instructions under a written contract.
  • Advertising platforms: where you have consented, conversion events may be sent to platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok through server-side integrations.
  • Authorities and advisers: where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

AdRice is based in the United Arab Emirates and works with partners in Europe and Latin America. Personal data may therefore be transferred outside the country where it was collected. Where data from the EEA or the United Kingdom is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) and on additional safeguards where needed. You can ask us for a copy.

8. How long we keep data

  • Contact enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a business relationship follows
  • Partner accounts: for as long as the account is open, and afterwards for as long as the law requires
  • Contracts and invoices: as long as required by UAE tax and accounting law (currently at least 5 years)
  • Campaign lead data: for the period agreed in the data processing agreement with the advertiser, after which it is deleted or returned
  • Consent records: for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance
  • Server logs: normally no longer than 12 months

9. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
  • ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • ask us to delete your data
  • restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest
  • receive your data in a portable format
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it
  • complain to a supervisory authority, for example the UAE Data Office or the data protection authority of your country

To use any of these rights, write to admin@beadrice.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to reply within one month.

If your request concerns details you sent through an offer on the network, we will pass it to the advertiser, who is responsible for answering it, and we will help them do so.

10. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, confidentiality obligations for staff and written contracts with our providers to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we review our measures regularly. If a personal data breach occurs, we will take the necessary steps and notify the people affected and the competent authorities where the law requires it.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels.

12.1 Cookies on beadrice.com

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on beadrice.com. If we add them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

12.2 Tracking links and landing pages

When you click an advertisement or a link for an offer promoted on the network, a click identifier may be stored so that the lead can be attributed to the publisher who referred you. Landing pages operated by advertisers and publishers have their own cookie notices, and may use conversion tracking from advertising platforms subject to your consent where required.

12.3 The partner dashboard

The dashboard uses the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to protect your account.

12.4 Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the cookies a site needs may affect how it works.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
